Smart Rooms
Our Hospital Facilities
Our hospital consists of 12 floors, with each floor housing 16 smart rooms, including 4 suites designed for patients staying with companions. Every floor features a hanging garden where smoking is permitted. In addition, each level includes a spacious common lounge where patients can socialize and engage in group activities.
There are also dedicated areas for nursing staff, as well as rooms for psychological assessments and psychosocial rehabilitation. Our facility includes:

Smart Building Technology
Our hospital is built using smart building systems, which means we integrate modern technology to monitor patient care and enhance comfort throughout their stay.
Strict Confidentiality
We treat all patients with complete confidentiality, protecting their privacy and personal rights. We’ve developed a password system that grants information access only to approved family members. If desired, patients can also use an alias, allowing them to be addressed by a different name for added comfort and privacy.
Television & International Streaming
Each room is equipped with a private smart TV that supports a wide range of international channels, on-demand cinema, and multilingual film libraries, so patients can enjoy entertainment of their choice.
Fitness & Group Activities
We have a dedicated fitness trainer who leads exercise sessions in our gym to help patients stay active and boost their mental health. Patients also have access to various creative and recreational activities including painting, sculpting, engraving, watercolors, cooking, and music.
Massage & Relaxation
Patients in open wards are taken to the relaxation and massage lounge, which includes a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Our certified Thai massage therapists offer customizable massage programs to suit each patient’s needs.
Meals & Nutrition
Upon admission, patients undergo an evaluation by a nutrition specialist to determine their ideal diet. Based on this assessment, we provide three healthy meals per day, along with snacks and juices between meals. Each room includes a mini-fridge for cold beverages.
Cafeteria Services
A dedicated cafeteria is available for special requests. Patients can enjoy their favorite coffee at Starbucks, located within the cafeteria. Delivery to rooms is available for eligible patients. For safety, outside food is not allowed to prevent food poisoning and ensure proper food preparation standards.
Climate Control System
Our smart building allows precise control of air conditioning and ventilation, with regular air purification. Smoking rooms have specialized ventilation systems for added comfort and safety.
Security
To protect patient privacy and safety, external and internal security systems are separately managed by specialized teams. Access to each floor is controlled by double-door systems operated only by medical staff ID cards, which open sequentially to prevent unauthorized patient exit—especially in closed wards.
Electricity & Lighting
Rooms feature soft ambient lighting with separate controls for each section. Curtains are automated, and in closed wards, outlets are set to 12 volts for safety. Patients can request an adapter for regular voltage if they need to charge a phone or laptop.
Safe Door Handles
All door handles are specially designed with safety mechanisms to prevent self-harm.
Monitoring System
Our infrastructure enables staff to monitor rooms and hallways in real time, allowing for smooth coordination of patient schedules. Physicians can also observe patients remotely from outside the hospital.
High-Speed Internet
We’ve built a high-speed fiber-optic internet infrastructure to support all patient connectivity needs.
Emergency Medical Response
In the event of an emergency (e.g., stroke, heart attack, severe bleeding), immediate medical intervention is possible within the patient’s room, thanks to built-in oxygen supplies and vital sign monitors. Our emergency response team includes a psychiatrist, anesthesiologist, and emergency physician.
In-Room Music System
Each room is connected to a centralized audio system, allowing patients to enjoy music and entertainment as part of their healing experience.
Comfortable Beds
All patient beds are memory foam and can be adjusted for sleeping, reading, watching TV, or relaxing to maximize comfort.
Drinking Water & Beverages
Drinking water is centrally purified to meet international accreditation standards. Rooms also provide hot water, and a variety of tea, coffee, and herbal drinks for patient enjoyment.
Prayer & Worship
Every room includes a Qibla compass, and a dedicated mosque is available for patients to perform prayers individually or in congregation.
Secure Storage for Valuables
Each patient room includes a personal safe with a customizable password to securely store valuables.

We implement an involuntary stay system for patients who do not acknowledge their illness or those who refuse treatment but may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Complete Confidentiality
We provide treatment with absolute confidentiality, safeguarding the rights of our patients to ensure no personal or medical information is shared. We have developed a password system that is provided exclusively to the patient’s family, preventing unauthorized access to the patient or their medical details. Patients can choose to change their name if they wish, and they will be addressed by their new name, ensuring comfort and freedom in their interactions.
Involuntary Stay
Involuntary Stay
We implement the involuntary stay system for patients who do not acknowledge their illness or those who refuse treatment but may pose a risk to themselves or others. Coordination is made with the patient’s family to arrange for the patient’s reception at the airport by a specialized team disguised as hotel staff. The patient and their family are transported in private tourist vehicles, ensuring a smooth transfer directly to the hospital.
Complete Confidentiality
We provide treatment with absolute confidentiality, safeguarding the rights of our patients and ensuring that no personal or medical information is shared. We have developed a password system, which is given only to the patient’s family members, preventing anyone else without the password from accessing the patient or their medical details. The patient can also choose to change their name if they wish, allowing us to address them by their new name, which ensures comfort and freedom in their interactions.
Security
Out of respect for patient privacy, external security is monitored separately, and internal security is also independently controlled by a dedicated security team. Both are linked to the medical staff and ready to intervene to maintain the safety and privacy of the patient. Access to each floor requires passing through two doors, which open only through a doctor’s or nurse’s ID card. These doors open sequentially, not simultaneously, which helps prevent patients from exiting closed wards.
Monitoring System
We have utilized technological infrastructure on each floor, allowing nurses to monitor all rooms and hallways, and track the movements of patients to facilitate the management of their treatment schedules. Doctors can also monitor their patients remotely from outside the hospital.
